He is the best-selling author of Opening Closed Doors published by McGraw Hill and a new book The Power of Why: Breaking Out in a Competitive Marketplace published by Amazon/New Harvest. Tom has a dynamic background in the Financial Services & Life Insurance Industry. He has a broad base of experience working with industry sales associates, management teams, corporate home office executives, and international operations for major life insurance companies to help them elevate business performance in the marketplace.
Tom’s understanding and keen insight is based on over 30 years of experience in the industry, first as an agent where he achieved top recognition. He then rapidly moved into sales management and ultimately became an award winning agency builder. She draws from her deep experience as a Director of Marketing and Senior Consultant for global financial corporations as well as the Director of Business Development for a boutique wealth management firm.
Tiffany works with small to mid-size businesses in assessing their overall value model and gaining traction with innovative business moves. She brings specialized skills in acquiring and retaining clients in the midst of heightened competition and economic volatility. Drawing from her real world experience as a Director of Marketing and Senior Consultant for local wealth management firms across the country, Deb brings specialized skills in acquiring and retaining clients in the midst of heightened competition and economic volatility. A strong advocate of helping businesses understand customer behavior, she leads financial firms to consistent growth. In her senior executive roles at two health care corporations, she was responsible for motivating key personnel and driving sales through vertical marketing.
